Payment, Delivery & Pricing
Payment
We offer credit accounts for customers who are approved and qualify by our credit insurers. Where credit accounts are not authorized, we either ask for payment on pro-forma, or we can work with you and build up a discretionary credit limit (subject to approval).
Delivery (UK only)
For general orders, we aim to process your order day 1, dispatch day 2 and deliver day 3. Times may be subject to change depending on the size and type of your order and any specific delivery instructions or booking in requirements.
Goods can also be made available for collection by your nominated carrier.
For general trade and wholesale accounts, goods may be delivered on pallets, or delivered by parcel courier for smaller orders. Deliveries are usually during Monday to Friday between 0900-1730hrs.
For retail accounts, special delivery arrangements can be made, subject to prior agreement.
Pricing (UK only)
All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. Orders below a certain value will incur a handling charge. Where a nil price is mentioned, you need to contact us for prices.
Shipments to EU and ROW
All our products can be shipped to any destination worldwide. We can offer specific terms and pricing for EXW / FOB and CIF orders, and we can supply from any of our international offices, warehouses and manufacturing sites. Contact us for more information on MOQ’s, part and full container load enquiries.
Note: Manufacturing and Shipping lead times will be agreed by us in writing before any order is confirmed.
When ordering any product from us, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once goods reach your specified destination. Additional charges for customs clearance, duty and taxes must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Note that when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us, and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
