Damages and Defective Goods
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign that the goods have been received in full and in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery.
If you are unable to check the full contents at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
If Products are damaged at point of delivery, are incomplete or not what you ordered, you must notify us via email or fax straight away, and in any event within 24 hours of the delivery. You must also return the Products to us within 5 working days. We will either repair or replace the Product(s) or refund its cost to you. You should keep your postage receipt.
Please note that any Products returned to us which you claim to be defective will be checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned Products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we shall charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the Product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.
Any Products that you return to us are returned at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all customers to take reasonable care when returning any Products to us by ensuring the Products are correctly addressed, adequately packed and carried by a reputable carrier.

1. Write the RTA number on all pallets/parcels.
2. Make sure all items returned are complete; any incomplete items will not be credited and will be classed as unauthorized.
